This homemade costume for girls entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Luz, the 'Good Witch' costume creator:
My middle daughter was so pleased with her home made costume. Dad and I handmade her broom and strung lights through the branches, and we also strung lights through her skirt. He made the spider hanging from her hat by hand with some metal wire (pretty thin stuff) and in her cauldron we put a little bowl of dry ice and an led so it looked like it was "smoking"
