Harley Quinn Costume

I DIY'd most of this Harley Quinn costume for my 4 year old daughter. I purchased 2 pairs of tights, and cut one leg off each pair to create the black and red legs. I cut off the legs of a pair of her old black stretch pants to make little shorts. Got her a $3 plain black shirt and cut out some self-adhesive red felt into diamond shapes to stick to her shirt and tights. Found a small studded belt at Goodwill for $1. We had her black boots on hand, and sprayed her pig tails with black and red spray. The only thing we purchased from the Halloween store was the inflatable mallet and the small black mask on her face. She looked great and got toms of comments on her costume when trick or treating!
