This homemade costume for girls entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Tiffiny, the 'Headless Girl' costume creator:
My daughter, Rilee, is wearing this costume. My husband seen a co-worker that had a similar costume a couple of years ago. The back body was made out of foam, added a dog bone for the neck bone. She wore suspenders to help her hold the foam back on. We then put on clothes and stuffed the arms with cotton.
