This homemade costume for girls entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Kumiko, the 'Little Red Riding Hood' costume creator:
My 3 year old daughter likes cartoon TV Peppa pig. There is a story about little red riding hood. The characters play a scene of a little red riding hood. My daughter loves that story.
I prepared a wolf hat and red cape. I made a tutu dress of tulles (red, black and white), crochet headbands (red, black and white) and black ribbon.
