This homemade costume for girls entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Angie, the 'Lollipop Sisters' costume creator:
Madison and Ashlyn are sisters. They are reusing their dance recital costumes for Halloween! We weren't sure if they would ever have a chance to wear them again until I saw giant lollipops at a local craft store. $2.50 for each lollipop I knew I couldn't go wrong!
