This homemade costume for girls entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Luz, the 'Mad Scientist' costume creator:
We ordered the lights for the goggles off amazon. Used hair cement (garnier fructise) to tease her hair. and got an oversized white blouse from the thrift shop as her coat.
