This homemade costume for girls entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Christy, the 'Medusa' costume creator:
This is daughter, Ella who is 11.
We bought her dress at Goodwill.
The snakes are attached to a styrofoam craft ring from the Dollar store. We attached the snakes using fishing wire and a hot glue gun.
