This homemade costume for girls entered our 2016 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Stefeni, the 'Meowth' costume creator:
My 4yo daughter is Meowth. She is a part of Team Rocket, catching her little sister, Pikachu. I bought an xxl top for $3. Used her nightgown as an inspiration pattern. Reused the hem, less work for me. Handmade ear clips, gold coin headband, and tail (which she refused to wear). Used heat transfer vinyl and a silhouette machine for the face.
