This homemade costume for girls entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Bailey, the 'Miss Edward Scissor Hands' costume creator:
This is my 7 year old Daughter Lily. She came up with the idea of being Edward Scissor hands but afraid to be a boy for Halloween we altered it to be feminine. We made all the accessories and applied the decor to all the clothing. Using Punters pictures of Edward Scissor Hands we applied Liquid Latex for the scars and makeup accordingly. It turned out so great!
