This homemade costume for girls entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.

A word from Billy, the 'Monster High Iris' costume creator:
We made this costume for my daughter. It is Iris from Monster High. My wife hand made the cloths and shoes and I sculpted the mask and cast it in silicone.
