This homemade costume for girls entered our 2016 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Amanda, the 'Mystique' costume creator:
My 10 year old daughter Gilliece is wearing the Mystique Costume. I am a huge fan of X-Men and decided to make her Mystique Since she does have colored eyes I knew her eyes would stand out! I first bought the blue party suit at a Halloween store then went to hobby lobby and bought the jewels painted the jewels black since they were clear and used fabric glue to put them on the costume along with black and blue puff paint. I then bought Plaster of Paris and created her face prosthetics.
