This homemade costume for girls entered our 2016 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Jennifer, the 'Mystique' costume creator:
My name is Jennifer , from Chicago Illinois. The idea to be mystique from from X-men came when I was looking up cosplay ideas for Halloween.
Body suit : Zentai-Zentai.com
Scales: cut out foam sheets (from micheals) into different shapes
Blue glitter and super glue from micheals
Face paint from binkys.
I fit out the foam sheets into different shapes . Then I hot glued Each piece on the bodysuit. This project took about 2.5 days.
