Oppa Gangnam Style Costume

I was on a budget so my mom and I went to Goodwill and i got super lucky! i found this bright blue dress jacket. It didnt have the black on it so i bought it anyways. It was $2! so i bought black ribbon and i sewed it on the corners and i made my own pockets. i bought plain black sunglasses and wore black leggings. the shoes i owned already and to complete my outfit i put my hair in a sleak ponytail. :)
