Seems pretty easy. I do not have the time to make the tutu but did find someone to make it and had to buy the peacock feathers off of eBay! Good luck :)

How do you get the feathers to stay in the tutu? Hot glue? They are so fragile....afraid they will all be broken.

I did have someone make the tutu she wouldn't do feathers so I sewed them in individually in layers so the would fall in a V! I made the mask from gluing the feathers on a gold mask from Hobby Lobby! As for sitting de turnded it to the side it is 4 yrs old now still looks amazing! I'm no a fan of bought costumes I just prefer to customize them! Added a bow to the back of hair and leotard also! Since this costume was so long ago there is no way to make s tutorial!
