Peacock Sisters Costume

I made these costumes for my two daughters. I made the chiffon petti-skirts and paired them up with teal shirts and tights. I made the peacock tails out of some peacock fabric I bought, wrapped wire to hold the shape then glued the fabric to each side. Then I added teal boa as trim around each segment, these were wore with arm straps like a backpack. The hair pieces were a grouping of peacock feathers you can buy at any craft store with a black feather trim added and glued to a hair clip.
