This homemade costume for girls entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Sylvia, the 'Peacock' costume creator:
This is my 5 year old daughter wearing a peacock costume. I added peacock feathers to a maribou fan, hot glued and zip tied them for layers. I then sandwiched the fan between two cardboards and decorated it. The rest of the items were found at the thrift store or we had. She won first prize and was the star of the show.
