This homemade costume for girls entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Shyamala, the 'Peacock' costume creator:
my 3 year old daughter, taruni is wearing peacock dress which is made out of old clothes and leftover wall papers and some papers.idea is mine.i picked blue top and pant and stick some colorful papers on the dress.then rolled out wall papers and used belt to position them.a hairband with some waste beads and toothpicks.
