This homemade costume for girls entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Annette, the 'Pennywise and ssGeorgie' costume creator:
This is my daughter Emma and her pet sister Riley. Emma wanted to be something scary for halloween this year so I deciced that the scariest thing out there right now is "IT". I was just going to use a store bought clown costume but that wasn't going to look like the new IT so I went to several stores and Emma's closet and made this costume. The makeup was tricky but after about an hour I managed to get it right. Riley's costume was easy. All I need was an old raincoat and hat.
