This homemade costume for girls entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Barb, the 'Pickachu' costume creator:
My granddaughter. easy costume. the hardest part was keeping the tail stiff like a lighting bolt and I put stiff cardboard in it then used fish wire from the back of neck to the tail to hold it up.
