This homemade costume for girls entered our 2013 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Melisa, the 'Princess Cinderella' costume creator:
This is Alex's favorite princess! It took me 2 weeks to make it but the look on her face when I put it on her finished made all the effort worth it! The how to on this is a bit too much to try to explain in a paragraph but it used 3 yards of sparkle tulle, 3 yards of embellished blue fabric, 4 yards of white sparkle tulle and several yards of elastic.I got all fabric on clearance and used coupons and some of the fabric I already had on hand so this costume cost was under $10!!
