This homemade costume for girls entered our 2016 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Bobbie, the 'Queen of Hearts' costume creator:
My 5 year old daughter is wearing this costume. The top was made from a black long-sleeve shirt. The bottom is a tutu made from tulle. The headband is made from a headband, cardboard, and artificial red roses.
