This homemade costume for girls entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Judith, the 'Queen of the Dead' costume creator:
This is my 11 year old daughter Kristin, winner of the 2014 Lakeview, New Orleans costume contest. This was a mother-daughter project and making costumes is our tradition. The idea is modified from a Dancing Queen of Hearts video by Christopher I saw on youtube, with a halloween theme. 4 glow in the dark skeletons, dressed up in bow ties with flashing lights and top hats , dance with their Queen to music (primary song Monster Mash but we had a medley on an iPod with portable speakers)...it was the hit of the party!
