This homemade costume for girls entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Kim, the 'Walking Dead Girl' costume creator:
This is my daughter, age 10. She was a "Walking Dead Girl". I got the dress at a thrift store for $3.00, cut it up and added some cocoa powder and paint to give it the "out of the ground" look. My brother did her makeup (I'm not sure of the cost of his supplies), and a few dead leaves which were free. Total cost of the costume was under $10.
