Water Fountain Costume

My 15 year old daughter is wearing the water fountain costume. I came up with the idea which just popped into my head but then I always like to add a wow factor which is the bubbles coming out of the top of her head. I sprayed painted a kiddie pool, cut out the whole for her body and put in straps in order for her to carry it. We painted doves to look like pigeons and clipped them on the pool and on the plastic planter that was also painted and is around her neck. I cut the bottom of a plastic bottle off for her hat, then placed the bubble machine into the open top of the plastic bottle. My daughter then duct taped the whole hat. The legs are made out of foam pieces that I cut and monster glued together. We made the sign for the front to make the costume even more fun. It says "to not make a wish on this Halloween night, is like having a bag full of candy and not taking a bite!" She is dressed in a full grey morph suit which makes the whole costume more believable and eerie. Especially when she stands very still when people are looking. We added gold coins in the pool and that is where she put her Halloween treats that she received.
