This homemade costume for groups entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Jennifer, the 'Howl-oween in the Land of Oz' costume creator:
The idea of a Wizard of Oz theme came after I purchased a lion mane for my dog to wear for Halloween. The idea just snowballed from that and I asked my friend to participate with her two dogs. I am Dorothy, my friend is the wicked witch, and our dogs make up the cowardly lion, scarecrow, tin man, and Glinda the good witch. We had a blast making this Wizard of Oz theme happen!
