This homemade costume for groups entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Luis, the 'Toy Soldiers from Toy Story' costume creator:
We thought of this costume after recently attending a Disney on ice event. Three close friends Luis, Manny and Paul thought of and worked on the costum idea. Ended up buying real army suits and boots from Goodwill for $12 each. All other accessories were either bought from the same goodwill, Amazon or home made. Green paint was all bought from Walmart. It took about 2-3 days for completion because we had to wait for costs of paint to dry. We posted a video of our DIY on our Facebook page
