This homemade costume for kids entered our 2016 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from John, the 'Car Wash Spinner Brush' costume creator:
My son said he wanted to be a car wash for Halloween. So we set out to make one. We took pieces of red and blue felt and cut them into strips. They were then sewed alternating colors onto a black hoodie and black pants. When he spun around, the felt pieces looked just like a spinner brush from a car wash.
