Christmas for Halloween Costume

My daughter Abigail is wearing the costume. She decided last year that she wanted to be a Christmas tree. We purchased the tree garland and the snowflake garland last year after Christmas. We made three wire rings with electric fence wire and started wrapping the garland around layer by layer. We used two oil funnels for the top to hold it together. Once all layers were complete we wrapped battery operated lights and garland around and then placed bows on her. Finally we hot glued a battery operated star on top. She is set and ready to have a wonderful Halloween.
