This homemade costume for kids entered our 2016 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Bre, the 'Cruella Deville and her Puppies' costume creator:
My 4 year old daughter Ellie and twin girls Maggie and Lucy love the movie 101 Dalmatians!! So we came up with the idea for Ellie to be cruella and the girls to be Dalmatians! Ellie's dress came from goodwill and we bought the coat from a friend who had it made for her daughter. The gloves came from amazon, the shoes from marshalls, and the wig from target!
