This homemade costume for kids entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Tiffany, the 'Cruella & her Pups' costume creator:
My children are wearing the costumes. Abrianna is Cruella, Dorian is a dalmatian, & Maliyah is a dalmatian.
Everything was sewed!! The only thing I added 2 bows to my daughter's dalmatian's ears. I also had to buy a black wig & spray paint one side white.
