This homemade costume for kids entered our 2016 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Courtney, the 'Cruella & her Pups' costume creator:
This is my five year old daughter Chloe & her six month old twin brothers Gabriel & Nathaniel. With them being so young I had to think of something that would still make people smile & make sure she took center stage because twins can really take a spotlight. I thought Cruella & two Dalmatians would really bring them together. I got their costumes from Disney & made hers myself searching out each piece
