This homemade costume for kids entered our 2018 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Shannon, the 'Ice Cream Truck' costume creator:
Ice cream truck tent was $17 (more so, used just for a prop for pictures) Bought the aprons at ACMoore for $2.99 ! Bought different color felt that was 39 cents each ! Cut the felt ... making the ice cream cones and used fabric glue to glue onto the aprons! The paper hats I got from Nifty fifties and just decorated them :)
