This homemade costume for kids entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Robyn, the 'Mary Poppins and Bert' costume creator:
My kids nana got them hooked on mary poppins so their idea came naturally. So piece by piece we found and built the costumes :) they have been a huge hit!
