This homemade costume for kids entered our 2016 Halloween Costume Contest.

My daughter Brooklyn is wearing a Willy Wonka oompa loompa costume. My husband loves to come up with different ideas for our children. This was all hand made by my mother in law. Total costume cost was around $15 or less. It's been a great hit and everyone loves it. Hope you do too!
