This homemade costume for kids entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Alexis, the 'Pennywise' costume creator:
My 6 year old son fell in love with the 2017 version of Pennywise. We worked hard sewing the costume from scratch!! The wig was also transformed from a bald white wig!!! Made everything all the way down to the balls on the costume!
