Tinkerbell & Bobble Costume

Lily (age 5) is Tinkerbell & Simon (age 3) is Bobble from the Tinkerbell movies. Lily’s costume is made with a tan t-shirt and fleece. I took her measurements and created a pattern, which I then sewed together using my sewing machine. I pulled her into a bun and topped with a green scrunchie. Her shoes are ballet flats that I glued pom poms onto with tacky glue. I created Simon’s costume from my own pattern as well for the top and bottoms. I drew a faint leaf design on the front using a fabric marker. I tied yarn around the waist for his belt and paired it with his leather pouch bag he got this summer at a local renaissance festival. His goggles were minion goggles that I had to carefully cut the minion eyes out & spray paint brown. The kids had a blast!
