Uncle Pennybags and Go to Jail! Costume

Idea: Simon is 4 years old, autistic, and obsessed with board games. Monopoly is one of his favorites. Simon also hates when his little brother gets into his games, so it seemed very appropriate to put little brother "in jail".
Uncle Pennybags costume was piece together from different purchases.
The "Go to Jail" costume was originally a white turtle neck and white tights striped with electrical tape. The prison cap was sewed together and striped with tape as well. The Jail square was made from foam board, electrical tape, sharpies, and construction paper.
