Dead Killer Clown Costume

I created this costume. I made the ruffled collar using blue fabric with a yellow trim, inserting a string to tie around neck which causes it to scrunch up. I bought the jacket at a thrift store, I added skeleton cut out pieces to a zentai suit. I created scars on face with tissue and glue and aplied fake blood over them. I added a clown like mouth and make up and that was it for my dead killer clown look.
