This homemade costume for men entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.

Floki from the History channel TV series Vikings!
This was a multi-season building event making the costume took so long its really hard to calculate the time. The Axes are hand crafted from wood and painted to look real. The leather work was done at home, learning along the way. We were so inspired I made 6 of the real wooden shields and painted to replicate the TV show.
