The Geico Money Man Costume

Hi guys! This Halloween I wanted to be the Geico Money Man because I thought the commercials were so creative and friggin hilarious. I wore this costume to a Halloween party recently and everyone knew who I was instantly. It took two days of blood, sweat and tears..mostly sweat, and finished this easy costume with glowing man pride!

Here are the instructions for making this costume and getting all the attention the Geico Money Man commercials get!

What you'll need:
A comfortable, long sleeve t-shirt
an old pair of jeans that you won't miss
an old winter hat (or hat of preference)
a hot glue gun with lots of glue sticks
Fake money (I bought jumbo play money from Amazon.com, about 400)

Instructions:
Layer the money like roof shingles, one under, one under, one under method
I also crumpled my money to give it the lively effect

The hat/hair:
I cut the hair like shredded paper and did the same layering method for the hat

Optional:
With little play money you can make a money mustache and eyebrows for that special Geico touch!
