This homemade costume for men entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Jack, the 'Gene Simmons Dr. Love' costume creator:
I am a 40 year fanatic of KISS and this is my
HOME MADE tribute to my favorite member of that band...KISS! I came up with the idea (not sure why it took so long) after being invited to a Halloween party. Gene Simmons was always my favorite member of the band because of course he spit blood and breathed fire. The majority of the costume was purchased from local thrift stores and craigslist and items found in my garage. Old football pads, old catchers gear, a pair of my wife's yoga pants, old work boots used for mowing my lawn etc etc.
