This homemade costume for men entered our 2013 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Timothy, the 'Iron Man' costume creator:
It is me in the costume. It is entirely custom made using vac-formed plastic heated over a mold. The pieces are then trimmed, sanded then painted using automotive and clear coat paints. The electronics are wired in using CR and AA batteries and LED lighting. The pieces are velcroed to each other over an Under Armour body suit for effective movement an breathing. The suit is simply awesome!
