This homemade costume for men entered our 2013 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Justin, the 'Jareth the Goblin King' costume creator:
Im wearing the whole thing, This is david bowies character from the Labyrinth. There is a scene where he is this blind beggar and reveals himself to the main character to send her back to the beginning of his labyrinth. I did a bunch of leather work on a jacket I found at the thrift store and modified a shirt from tjmax. I made the puppet body out of foam and fabric from joanns. I made the hat out of wool felt and cast the skull out of foam to keep it light. i sculpted the face out of a moldable plastic fabric and the cape is also made from scratch. I made his leather shoes. I made the medallion out of sculpy, baked it then painted it. This was a fun costume and it got great reactions from everybody! Thanks for your consideration
