MiSter CrEEpY Costume

Mister creepy is my full moon alter ego, he lives in an underground burrow that he accesses through holes in large dead trees. Creepy is a noisy musical creature and collects all horribly noisy things from the junkyard. He's been know to capture curious lurking birds and even small innocent young, ..... animals.. that peer to deeply into the dark tree openings and catch sight of his glowing dead eyes... over the years his burrowing has led him into connection to the city sewers and by the power of his poisoned mechanical mind engineered a band of horrible mutants creatures to bring the sewer sounds to this earths surface once a year when he and his band can go undetected amidst the costumes of Halloween . ....
