This homemade costume for men entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from David, the 'Not So Funny Clown' costume creator:
This is me wearing a costume I created and designed within four hours. I took an old prison costume And converted it into a clown costume. I used liquid latex and toilet paper to make it layers on my face. I cut the late text in different places on my face to Simulate cuts and used contact lenses to change my eyes.
