This homemade costume for men entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Robert, the 'The Evil Tinman' costume creator:
My idea for my costume came from me being a big fan of "The Wizard of Oz" for as long as I can remember. My costume is totally hand made by me. It is made mostly of EVA foam and PVC pipe and some poster board.
