A word from John, the 'The Incredible Hulk' costume creator:
My name is John, and this is my "Incredible Hulk" costume. I have had the idea to build it for about eight years after being influenced by Kotobukiya's, Bowen's and many other Hulk sculptures. (I borrowed a little from each.) To make him as big as I felt the Hulk would be in "real" life, (roughly seven feet tall) I knew it would take a lot of engineering, artistry, and time. Two months ago, I decided I had the time and know how, so this is what I came up with. I left a description of my process and the materials I used in order of completion at the bottom of each photo to help example the steps better. In the end, it took over three hundred man hours and about $3000 to build, but I was finally able to complete him. I hope you like it.
