This homemade costume for men entered our 2016 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Robert, the 'Toy Soldier' costume creator:
Robert Heath is wearing the costume. I came up with the idea from online pictures. This costume is about $80 in materials.
Materials:
Army coat
Security guard pants
Rubber gloves
Army boots
Accessories: toy grenades, machine gun, knife, holsters, belt and helmet
Made the stand out of cardboard
Used about 10 cans of hunter green semi-gloss spray paint.
Green grease Halloween make up on face.
This costume was fun to make. It is very nostalgic... people really liked it because it takes everyone back to their childhood.
