This homemade costume for pets entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Lori, the '60's Hippie' costume creator:
This is Bo, he is 9 yrs. old and is dressed up as a..."60's Hippie" trying to be cool & spread the Peace & Love.
For his shirt I bought some material and sewed it with a collar & added about 5 snaps, then bought some fur to create his jacket & added a clasp to keep it closed.
I used left over fur to make boots for him.
I made his wig out of another type of fur & added the hat with elastic strap & elastic around hat with the word Love on it. I bought him glasses to wear to add to the costumes effect. he had no problem wearing them.
