This is our 11 year old hormone Bullet wearing a prisoner outfit from Petco. We treat Bullet as if he is our child and after looking online and searching many pet stores for costumes that Bullet has not already worn, we came across this one. Bullet is 11 years old so he has been many costumes over the years, because of course we can't let him wear the same one.
